Loved my first class at Village Core Fitness! The trainer was so welcoming and took the time to go over the class before and check in afterwards. Small intentional movements made me so sore the next day and I couldn’t wait to come back!

"Good health & physical stamina were my goals when I retired from teaching in 2012. I was feeling tired and bored with the traditional workouts. The Lagree method sounded interesting so I decided to give it a try. I was immediately impressed by the trainer and the focus on injury prevention. The friendly staff make the workout challenging but not difficult. I also enjoy the benefits of having a strong core... no back or knee issues for me! In 2007 I had a rotator cuff surgery bc of a workout injury and I'm pleased to say that today my shoulder is stronger than ever due to the focus on upper body strength. I was confident wearing a sleeveless dress to my sons wedding. THANK YOU vcf for helping me reach my goals in this period of my life!"

"My body and I are incredibly grateful to VCF for bringing the Lagree Fitness Method to Granville. Since beginning almost three years ago, it has become my main form of exercise. I can honestly say I can't imagine doing anything else. I am stronger, firmer, and leaner. My overall muscle tone has improved considerably, as has my posture and flexibility. I have also noticed that certain areas of my body "lifted". I'll be turning 40 in a few months, and I am happy to say that two babies and nearly twenty years later, my body resembles what is once was at the age of 20. My glutes and my core thank you VCF."

"I waited to try VCF until after my kids could drive themselves to practices which was way too long. My advice to moms is DON’T WAIT! Give yourself the gift of time and exercise. You will never regret it
With having a family and a career, making the time for myself and my health was always a challenge. There is no way that I would have survived my health scare last year (Robin had knee surgery which created blood clots that caused her to go through cardiac arrest 4x and needed 114 units of blood) without the work I put in at VCF.
I love the positivity of the instructors, the upbeat music, and the fact that you’ll never do the same workout twice. It’s definitely my “happy hour.”
